Tri-Gas & Oil

To the Management of Tri Gas & Oil Company,

We walked into our house after midnight on Friday, February 10, to a very cold house, with no propane.  I immediately called Tri Gas, and was told that my account was set up for "will call" vs. automatic.  Regardless of why or how that happened (I changed that this morning), I am writing to tell you about the level of service I received from your employees.  The woman on the phone could not have been nicer or more helpful.  The two trucks appeared within an hour.  My concern about how to re-start everything was quickly answered by Jeff, "That's why I am here!"  After the tank was filled, Jeff came into the house and made sure everything was re-started, and all were working properly.  All, with a wonderfully kind attitude - realizing that they were dispatched at 1AM in the morning!

As an owner of my firm, I know how hard it is to combine talent and customer service personality.  Tri Gas has obviously found a way to do that.
